Here's where we lay out the rules and guidelines to ensure a harmonious and respectful online interaction. Please take a moment to explore these terms that underpin our commitment to providing a positive experience for all.

  • Payment: 10% deposit will be required upon agreement of work commencing. Invoices are due to be paid within 1 month of issue. Any invoices paid after 1 month will incur a 20% late payment fee.   • Cancellation: 48 hours is required for cancellation of all services. If 48 hours’ notice is not provided the fee remains payable in full.
  • Refunds: No refunds under any other circumstances.
  • Sharing of information: All information shared or discussed is kept private. At times, The SEN Expert may need to share reports, documents, or information on a child with other professional bodies, such as schools. The SEN Expert will seek parental permission for this prior to sharing.
  • Exclusions & limitation of Liability: To the full extent permitted by law, The SEN Expert staff shall not be liable to the Client for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses caused by or arising out of the services provided. In respect of any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the maximum liability shall be no more than 100% of the fees paid by the Client under the Agreement in the preceding 12 months.
  • Service agreement: At the outset of each engagement, The SEN Expert will agree with the Client the scope of services to be provided and the timeframe for the provision of the same. Once the scope of services is agreed, The SEN Expert shall have full discretion as to how those services are to be delivered and, in particular, The SEN Expert shall provide all reports and work product on an "as is" basis meaning that The SEN Expert shall not be obliged to make any amendments or modifications to any of its services or work product. In particular, and without limitation, The SEN Expert shall have no obligation to take into account the Client's comments on any reports prepared by The SEN Expert.
  • Scope of Service: For the avoidance of doubt, The SEN Expert staff do not hold any medical qualifications.
  • Third party rights: The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to this agreement and no person other than the parties to this agreement shall have any rights under it.
  • Governing law: This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
  • Jurisdiction: The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
